Protecting your personal data is a priority for us. On this page, you'll find what data we process, for what purposes, and what your rights are.
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by NetSystem Yazılım ve Danışmanlık (“NetSystem”), as the data controller, within the scope described below. Our address: 209. Cad. No:15 Macunköy, Yenimahalle / ANKARA.
When you contact us through our website, we process only the information you provide:
The forms on our website (contact, support request and job application) send the information you enter to the records system on our own server; your request is saved with a request code and our team is notified by email. If our server cannot be reached, the form offers to send the same information through your email app. To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored not in plain form but as a non-reversible keyed digest.
Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We count which pages are viewed and which links are clicked (e.g. WhatsApp, our product websites) on our own server, without cookies: visitors are counted with a non-reversible digest that changes every day; IP addresses are not stored and the same person cannot be followed across days. Third-party services such as maps and fonts (Google) may be subject to their own cookie policies.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties outside the purposes above and legal obligations unless you give explicit consent, and is never sold for commercial purposes.
Form requests and cookieless visit counts are hosted on the servers of our service provider Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; notifications of your request to our team are sent by email via Sendinblue SAS (Brevo, France). Transfers to these service providers abroad are based, in line with Article 9 of the KVKK, on the standard contract announced by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set by law; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Requests received through our forms are kept for at most 2 years from the last action, and cookieless visit counts for at most 13 months; they are deleted automatically when the period ends.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion or destruction; to object to any outcome against you that results from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damages.
You can submit requests regarding these rights in writing to info@netsystem.com.tr or to our postal address above. Your request will be resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
