The Status Quo

Do These Problems Sound Familiar?

The four most common problems we see in the field, and how we solve them.

The same data is entered into two systems

Orders are taken from the portal and re-keyed into the ERP by hand, costing time and causing errors.

Stock and prices are out of sync

Stock and prices on the dealer portal don't match the ERP, and sales end up canceled.

Account reconciliation happens over the phone

Dealers call to check their balances, and reconciliation drags on for weeks.

Integrations fail silently

When a transfer stops, no one notices — the problem only surfaces when a customer complains.

Our Approach

How We Solve These Problems

Drawing on the integration projects we've delivered since 2004, we connect your business software securely to your other systems. Order, inventory, price, account and invoice data flows automatically in both directions. Every transfer is logged, and if something goes wrong, the right person is notified instantly. We use the same infrastructure in our dealer management, travel automation and online ticketing projects.

Scope

The Building Blocks of the Solution

The modules of our B2B & ERP Integration solution, configured with you to fit your needs.

01

ERP Integration

Two-way data flow with Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Zirve, SAP and Nebim.

How We Work

From Discovery to Go-Live in 4 Steps

What gets delivered at the end of each step is clear from the start — no surprises.

Discovery

We review the software you use, your data structure and your workflows.

Integration design

Together we define which data flows in which direction, and how often.

Development & testing

The integration is built in a secure environment and tested against real-world scenarios.

Go-live & monitoring

After a seamless cutover, transfers are monitored and reported on.

Integrations

Works with Your ERP

We build on top of your business software without replacing it. The systems we work with most often:

Logo (Tiger, Go, j-Platform)

Inventory items, price lists, current accounts and warehouse stock flow to the portal; B2B and e-commerce orders are posted to Logo as sales orders.

Netsis

Stock, account and price data is pulled from Netsis; orders and payments are posted back to Netsis, and account reconciliation runs through the portal.

Mikro

Product, stock and account data in Mikro is synced with your dealer portal and e-commerce channels; orders flow into Mikro automatically.

Zirve

Current account, stock and invoice data is synced with the B2B portal; portal orders are never keyed into accounting by hand.

SAP

Material, customer and price data is transferred to the B2B portal; portal orders become sales orders in SAP.

Nebim

Product, variant and stock data flows to dealer and wholesale channels; orders are posted back to Nebim.

e-Invoice / GİBREST API & web servicesPayment gatewaysMarketplaces (EntegreData)

Using a system that's not on the list? We build custom services and APIs for systems without a ready-made connector.

Reporting & Data

Make Decisions Backed by Data

Decision dashboards that give managers hard numbers, not guesses.

Transfer log

When and in which direction each record was transferred, plus any failed operations.

Dealer activity

Order frequency, portal usage and revenue by dealer.

Reconciliation status

Open balances, overdue receivables and reconciliation rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

B2B & ERP Integration Explained

B2B integration means your sales channels, such as your dealer portal, e-commerce site and marketplaces, automatically exchange data with your ERP or accounting software. Product, stock, price and account data flows from the ERP to the channels; orders and payments flow from the channels back to the ERP. The same data is never entered twice.

Inventory items, price lists and current accounts in Logo Tiger, Logo Go and j-Platform are transferred to the portal; orders placed by dealers are posted to Logo as sales orders. Which data flows in which direction, and how often, is decided together during discovery.

Yes, we deliver integration projects with all of these systems. If you use software that is not on the list, we build a custom connection based on the web services, API or data transfer options the system provides.

In real time or at set intervals, depending on your needs. Critical data such as orders and stock is usually transferred in real time, while bulk price updates run at scheduled times. Every transfer is logged.

Every transfer is monitored and logged. If a record fails to transfer or the connection drops, the responsible person is notified immediately, so the problem is caught before a customer complains.

Yes. We connect it to your ERP through the API or data transfer methods your site provides; you don't need to change your existing site. If you need a dealer portal, BayiData is a ready-made starting point.

It depends on the number of systems to be connected, the types of data to be transferred, the direction and frequency of data flow, customizations in your ERP and any need for custom development. During discovery we clarify these points and share the timeline and cost item by item.
